Pricing: We will always endeavour to match any price for a new bear, provided it comes from genuine retail store in the US or UK. We will require proof of this. Tax will be deducted from all worldwide orders outside the EEC.

Postage: Postage is free on many items widely available in the UK. We charge postage on all import, shop exclusives, previous years and sold out editions and artist bears. Worldwide shipping will be charged at cost + packing. All orders under £100 will have a £4 postage charge in the UK, whether or not it shows in the basket. Please email or call to confirm any postage charges.

Layaways: You may pay for any single item over £100 in three equal monthly instalments (4 months for very high priced items, please enquire; the item will be shipped once the final payment has been made. This can be by three post dated cheques, or automatically online with a credit card. If the full payment is not received by the agreed date, a 20% handling fee will be deducted and the balance left as credit in our store, no monies will be returned. Once an item has been put on layaway it is not returnable once shipped unless faulty. Please email me for details.

Deposits: Many items on the web site are not currently in stock but are expected soon. We will take a £20 or £50 as stated in the item description with the balance automatically when the item is in stock. A 10% deposit will secure any item in stock for a month, by which time the balance has to be paid in full. Please email me to discuss this option. Deposits are non-returnable, but transferable to another item.

Payments: All credit card payments are fully secure using 128 bit SSL encryption as verified by our Thawte certificate. We do not hold any credit card information once payment has been authorized. Payments can be made by any major credit card, including Amex, through this site. We also accept sterling cheques, postal orders, and payments by bank transfer. We cannot charge in dollars.

Returns: If you are unhappy with any item it can be returned, in perfect condition and all original packaging, within 14 days, for a refund. You must call to arrange this before returning the goods. The refund will be less our original postage costs (unless faulty) - whether the item was sent with free or discounted postage - this will be a minimum of £7.50. Goods are sent back at your risk so please send by recorded means. Please note, any item that is a special order cannot be returned unless faulty.
